Structured based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI), therapy at 3ph specializes in guiding patients to change their irrational beliefs, build positive mindsets, shape healthy self-images, and move toward their goals and values.

 

3ph strives to provide behavioral health services tailored to the unique needs of patients living with chronic illnesses. Treating patients for the psychological and behavioral effects of conditions such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV/AIDS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and chronic pain.
