Structured based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), art therapy, play therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, family therapy, and couple therapy. 3ph specializes in guiding patients to change their irrational beliefs, build positive mindsets, shape healthy self-images, and move toward their goals and values.

3ph treatment protocol has been designed to help those suffering from mental health conditions, including Addictions, Adjustment problems, Anger issues, Anxiety, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Burnout, Depression, Eating disorders, Gender & Identity Issues, Grief/Loss, Lifestyle Changes, Martial Challenges, Family Dynamics, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Personality Disorders,  Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Sex & Intimacy Issues.

  In addition to mental health needs, 3ph strives to provide services tailored to the unique needs of patients living with chronic illnesses. Treating patients for the psychological and behavioral effects of conditions such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Renal Disease, Crohn's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV/AIDS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Obesity, and Chronic Pain.

That's why 3ph's multicultural approach offers a range of evidence-based treatment that take into account the unique experiences and needs of diverse individuals. Our team is composed of providers from different cultural background, and is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive space where you can feel comfortable expressing your concerns and working towards positive change.

In a multicultural approach, a provider works with you to understand the difficulties you are experiencing from the unique perspective of your culture. 3ph takes into account the mediating role of cultural factors in helping you to address mental health problems or challenging life events.

Multicultural therapy takes into account many forms of diversity, including:  Racial,  Ethnic,  Sexual,  Spiritual, Socioeconomic background, and Disability. Patients may benefit from multicultural therapy if they are struggling to cope with: Racism or discrimination, Cultural identity, and Difficulty acculturating.
