Ketamine is a unique compound first synthesized in 1962 primarily used for anesthesia and sedation. With its many years of use in medicine, Ketamine has been found to be very safe when used properly by a trained medical practitioner. In 2019, the FDA approved Ketamine for depression resistant treatment, and it has been shown to have great success. Ketamine gives robust and rapid relief of major depression and suicidal ideation; due to its unique property in interacting with other receptors and channels, Ketamine has also been suggested in addressing other mood disorder, OCD, and pain management.

Traditional medications can take weeks or longer to feel the benefits. On the other hand, Ketamine’s effect can start working almost immediately - some patients indicated relief within just a few hours. For people who are suicidal, this rapid effect can be lifesaving. Ketamine can also help people who haven’t found relief from other depression treatments.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of major depression. It's called a "noninvasive" procedure because it's done without using surgery or cutting the skin. Approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), TMS usually is used only when other depression treatments haven't been effective.

BrainsWay Deep TMS™ is the most advanced TMS technology available, with a number of key advantages over Traditional TMS systems. BrainsWay is advancing Deep TMS into new therapy areas in psychiatry, neurology, and addiction medicine. BrainsWay’s unique coil design enables deeper and broader stimulation than traditional, resulting in greater activation of neurons, less likelihood of targeting errors, and high efficacy rates.
